TL;DR

Speed to Lead is a free, open-source n8n workflow that pulls leads in from Meta Ads, Google Forms and website forms, tags each one with its real source, and merges duplicates by canonical email and phone match instead of blind overwriting — so first-touch attribution survives contact with a messy multi-channel funnel.

Highlights

  • Consolidates leads from Meta, Google Forms and website forms into one pipeline
  • Canonical email matching collapses Gmail dot/alias variants before they double-count
  • Keeps first source and all sources as separate fields — attribution isn't overwritten
  • 15-minute suppression window stops duplicate Slack pings for the same lead
  • Phone-number collisions are flagged for human review instead of auto-merged
  • Millisecond response back to ad platforms to protect lead quality scores
  • Ships as an importable n8n workflow — runs on your own infrastructure

Features

Source-aware ingestion

Every lead is tagged with the exact channel that acquired it — Meta Ads, a specific Google Form, or a website form — the moment it lands, before any merge logic runs.

Canonical email deduplication

Emails are normalized to a canonical format before comparison, so Gmail dot-variants and plus-aliases collapse into one record instead of quietly creating duplicates.

First-touch attribution preserved

The workflow keeps a first-source field separate from an all-sources list, so a lead that later fills a second form doesn't lose the channel that actually earned it.

Safe phone-collision handling

Matching phone numbers with different names or emails are routed for review rather than silently merged — the workflow won't guess when the data disagrees with itself.

Debounced Slack notifications

A 15-minute suppression window stops the same lead from firing repeat Slack alerts when it touches multiple entry points close together.

HubSpot-ready output

Cleaned, attributed leads land in HubSpot (or wherever you route them) with source data intact, ready for sales follow-up without a manual cleanup pass.

Who it's for

  • Agencies running the same client across Meta Ads and Google Lead Forms simultaneously
  • Marketing teams that need accurate first-touch attribution for spend decisions
  • Sales teams that get duplicate Slack alerts and stop trusting the notification channel
  • Anyone merging a website form, an ad platform and a landing-page tool into one CRM
